About our tofu
Fresh organic tofu, made in the UK
We make every block by hand from organic soya beans, water and nigari, the traditional Japanese way to set tofu. It's firm, dense and ready to cook. Pat it dry and fry, bake, scramble or crumble it, usually with little or no pressing.
Order online and we'll post it by Royal Mail anywhere in the UK, free on orders over £10. Or collect it free from our kitchen. Subscribe to get fresh tofu every week, fortnight or month.
